By using GroupResearch you agree to these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GroupResearch.

GroupResearch is a crowdsourced personal-science platform that allows users to join structured experiments, log daily data, and share aggregated results. The platform is not a medical tool and does not provide diagnoses.

• You must be 16 or older to use the platform.
• If you are a minor, parental consent is required.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.

The following are prohibited:

• Submitting false or misleading data in experiments.
• Attempting to manipulate or distort community results.
• Creating multiple accounts to influence statistics.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Any activity that harms the platform, its users, or its reputation.

Your personal data remains entirely yours. By logging it on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in aggregate, anonymized form within community statistics only. We never sell your data.

• The free plan is available at no charge.
• Paid subscriptions (Pro/Team) auto-renew unless cancelled before the cycle ends.
• Refunds are not provided for completed periods except in exceptional circumstances.
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days advance notice.

The platform is for personal research purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Do not make medical decisions based solely on platform data. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from decisions made based on platform data. Our maximum liability equals the amount paid in the last 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of any material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

This agreement is governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation first, then arbitration if necessary.
